MDH Test Fee - $15.22 per year billed in July *rate set by the State of MN - The City of Dawson does not retain this fee. It is given to the state per state statue.

Capital Improvement fees help fund upgrades to water and sewer systems. These fees are now included in the cost of the base fees for water and sewer to simplify the bill.  The base fees provides a base cost of providing water including electricity needed to transport and clean the water and maintain daily operations.
